Texas Power Bars is a growing American strength-equipment manufacturer with more than 45 years of history in powerlifting and strength training. We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Manufacturing & Fulfillment Associate who can support production, assembly, warehouse, and shipping operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with tools, machinery, and physical products.

Job Summary
The Manufacturing & Fulfillment Associate will help operate production equipment, assemble and inspect barbells, organize inventory, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
This position requires flexibility and a willingness to work in different areas of the shop based on daily production and shipping needs. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, dependable, organized, and able to maintain a high level of quality with limited supervision.
Previous manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, shipping, construction, or machine-operation experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.
Responsibilities
- Operate basic production machinery and shop equipment after training
- Load and unload parts, materials, and tooling
- Monitor machines during production and report problems
- Measure and inspect parts using basic measuring tools
- Assemble barbell shafts, sleeves, bushings, collars, and other components
- Use hand tools, presses, hammers, gauges, and assembly equipment
- Inspect finished products for fit, function, appearance, and quality
- Package barbells and other strength-equipment products
- Prepare shipping tubes, boxes, labels, and paperwork
- Pull, verify, and stage customer orders for shipment
- Receive and organize incoming materials and products
- Move and store raw materials, finished products, and shipping supplies
- Assist with inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Load and unload trucks and delivery vehicles
- Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, carts, or forklifts when qualified
- Keep production, assembly, warehouse, and shipping areas clean and organized
- Follow all company safety and quality procedures
- Assist in other shop areas as needed
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, machine operation, assembly, warehouse, or shipping experience preferred
- Comfortable using hand tools and basic shop equipment
- Strong mechanical ability and willingness to learn
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently after training
- Ability to work well with supervisors and team members
- Good organization and time-management skills
- Basic computer or shipping-system experience is helpful
- Forklift experience is helpful but not required
- Welding experience is helpful but not required
Physical Requirements
Must be able to stand and walk for most of the shift, bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive production tasks. Must be able to safely lift and move approximately 50 pounds and work around machinery, steel products, oils, trucks, and normal shop noise.
Schedule and Pay
Full-time weekday position. Overtime may be available depending on production and shipping needs.
Competitive hourly pay based on experience, mechanical ability, and qualifications.
