You will help manufacture barbell components, assemble completed barbells, inspect products, package orders, and prepare products for shipment. This is not strictly a warehouse position. You will be directly involved in building American-made barbells and strength equipment.
The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, comfortable working with their hands, and interested in learning different areas of manufacturing and production.

- Use hand tools, power tools, presses, measuring tools, and shop equipment
- Assist with operating manufacturing machinery after training
- Load and unload parts and materials
- Inspect parts and finished products for fit, appearance, function, and quality
- Identify and report damaged or defective parts
- Package completed products securely for shipment
- Pull, prepare, and process customer orders accurately
- Help receive, organize, and move materials and finished products
- Perform basic equipment cleaning and routine maintenance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Assist in other areas of production and shipping as needed
Qualifications
- Manufacturing, assembly, machine-operation, production, or warehouse experience is preferred
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
- Strong mechanical ability and willingness to learn
- Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to stand and perform physical work throughout the day
- Able to safely lift and move barbells, packages, parts, and materials
- Committed to following workplace safety procedures
Helpful Experience
Experience in any of the following is helpful but not required:
- Manufacturing or machine-shop work
- Mechanical or product assembly
- CNC or manual machine operation
- Automotive or equipment repair
- Welding, fabrication, construction, or maintenance
- Warehouse fulfillment and shipping
- Shopify or ShipStation
- Strength training or fitness equipment
We are willing to train the right person. Reliability, mechanical ability, work ethic, and pride in producing a quality product are more important than having experience in every area.
