- Inspect parts and finished products for fit, appearance, function, and quality
- Identify and report damaged, defective, or incorrect parts
- Package completed products securely for shipment
- Pull, prepare, and process customer orders accurately
- Help receive, organize, load, unload, and move materials
- Perform basic equipment cleaning and routine maintenance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Assist in production, assembly, and shipping as needed
Qualifications

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to stand and perform physical work throughout the day
- Able to safely lift and move barbells, parts, packages, and materials

- Welding or metal fabrication
- Construction, maintenance, or skilled trades
- Warehouse fulfillment and shipping
